Sponge reciprocating load tester selection considerations

Precautions:

The reciprocating impact tester is mainly used for the fatigue test of sponges. Because a single experiment cycle is 80,000 times, the mechanical strength of the equipment and the wear resistance of key components are relatively high. According to the standard requirements, the experiment period is 80,000 times, the experiment frequency is 70 times / minute, the length of a single experiment cycle is 1142 minutes, and the total time is about 19 hours. Because in the initial stage of the experiment, the experimental load is 75KG , and the time increases with the experiment. And the fatigue of the sponge, the experimental load will gradually less than 75KG , but due to the experimental time of 19 hours, the experimenter can not observe and adjust the force value by the instrument for a long time. The automatic load-carrying impact fatigue tester automatically adjusts the loading load. The value is always kept within the standard range, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the experimenter, improves the work efficiency and the accuracy of the test, and reduces the errors caused by human operations. According to the actual operation experience and the feedback combined with the customer, the automatic load tester has two test methods:

A : Constant load test: Maintain a constant experimental load for the set test period

B : Constant displacement test: The experiment was conducted according to the thickness of the sample impact during the experiment

In the impact test, the sample must be well fixed, or after a long time to do the test, the sample position will be offset, so that the error and uncertainty of the test will increase because of the impact test. The production of vibration requires that the host's ground be leveled, and a shockproof pad be provided at the same time to reduce the noise and vibration.

For Tube&Sheet With Safety Cover

The laser beam can easily be programmed to precision cut a diverse range of thicknesses and materials (e.g. metals (including reflective metals such as copper, silver and aluminium) – brass, tungsten, steel, pewter and titanium etc.), gemstones (e.g. diamonds), ceramics, graphic composites, silicon and many types of plastics.

Even the most complex, awkward and intricate of shapes can be accurately cut through a Fiber Laser as the user has total control over the beam intensity, duration and heat input. Laser cutting has some similarities to other laser-based processes such as engraving and drilling, which also use a focused laser beam to effectively make designed cuts into a material.
